I have a 40 x 60 with the same lites..... Way better than the merc vapors that were in there plus the metal halide bulbs never burned out in 10 years but when I replaced them it was way brighter. Mine are 15 feet from the ends and 10 feet from the walls. Depends if you have overhead door too where they would be out of the road when door is open. Mine are 14 feet from ground
