Subject: Air compressor machinery Situation

East of the Rockies West of the rest
I have an air compressor that I recently moved out of the shop to a new location the other day. So we fired it up and ran great. Then all of a sudden (isnt that how it always goes) instead of puffing air into the tank, it was pushing it out of the air filter. So what exactly might be the sitch? Is there some sort of flapper valve thingy on the head? Got 3 air lines running to both heads and to some central block on the crank exterior of the casing. What does that thing do??

Yeah. Tell me how a truck can generate air in -30 weather but a shop compressor cannot? Cost a lot to build a room for it.

Thanks fellas
