i full agree with you John. a few years ago i drived destocked vehicles in army, despite they were very well maintened (oil change every year, engine runings every 2 months, a few miles in the barracks' yard every 2 months ... etc,) when we went to maneuvers with them we alway had breakdowns on 20% of the (very low houred jeeps and trucks) vehicles. service vehicles (similar ones) than runed every day had a lot less pbs
