Thanks a lot for your reply. I was planning on a pair of Versatiles to pull mine, with a total weight in the same range as your big Deere. The speed thing had me worried, because their low gear is about 2.6 mph, and I have heard that 1 mph was about right. Obviously we can throttle back to 1400 or so and hit about 1.5 mph.
I think I will need a laser, because we will be doing targeted interception drains. I suppose we might be able to survey and flag it, but there are enough localized irregularities that the laser sounds like a good bet.
