NW TN, Dyersburg | I wouldn't refer to it as a middle-age crisis, you say that you had 2 or 3 when you were young.... that's the key. Once you've ridden, it's always in your blood. I bet you did the same as myself and many others, you had bikes growing up and maybe early in your married life, then the kids came along, things got busier and you got out of biking. Fast forward a few yrs, the kids didn't stay little, they're off to college or elsewhere, you've come to some realizations that life isn't ALL about work, there's a proper place for some R&R. Is that close? Whatever the reason, CONGRATULATIONS!!! It's a good thing that your wife chooses to enjoy it with you, that's going to make for alot of enjoyable miles. Just remember, ride like you're invisible. | |
