not bad to program. Hardest part is to get the computer to talk to the receiver to reboot codes to. Just need a good website to get information from. It goes down maybe 7 times a year. Usually for only 12 hours at a time. Sometimes maybe 24 hours but not often. Costs $200 roughly to get setup. Cheaper if you have a dish on the roof already.
