Pasco WA. | I was under the impression than OxBo builds the chassis for JD. http://www.oxbocorp.com/lowpacfeatures.php I own a Low Pac with a 15' New Leader 3020 spreader. With a 12 ton load you certainly do not need 250 hp unless your in really soft ground and big hills. I pull mine with a 4560 or a 4955.
Edit. A new Low Pac with an 18' 3020 G4 is in the $80K range.
