40 series row crop hydraulic systems were the most dependable and trouble-free of any that I have been around. {Case-IH Magnum a possible exception}
"Vibrations" were caused by imperfect pump discharge valve seats, which were always caused by dirt, low oil to the pump, jacked-up pump pressures, etc.
