All tractors newer than mid-90's should have load/pressure tables somewhere in the manual. Firestone also has a tool you can use, for an 18.4R46 R1: http://www.firestoneag.com/tiredetails_pf.asp?ref=1359&artid=362-27...

If you're wondering what your base axle weights are, you can look at Nebraska Tractor Test Lab unballasted axle weights at:

I spoke with a Firestone rep at the National Farm Machinery Show and he said he usually says use their inflation pressures as a baseline, then add 1-2 psi to account for temperature changes, any changes in load, tire leakage, etc.
