Installed new JD batteries that are fully charged and still cranks slowly at 40 degrees. Tried it later in the day at probably 55 degrees and cranked over somewhat faster and started that time.
What do you think might be the trouble? Starter has never been off and tractor has 9k on the clock. I'm about ready to pull it off and have it checked. Any other ideas?
