Don't you have a local welding shop that puts some together. We have a neighbor at home, and I bet between the dad, son, and grandson,,, I'd hate to guess how many, but certainly hundreds of flatbeds they've built. They've always been very reasonable and the best part was they build them one at a time, so you get exactly what you want. I needed one for a short-bed pickup, with gooseneck hitch, wanted skirting on the sides, rear hitch, clearance lights all over, heck they even put in a white license plate light and reverse light for me. Painted and pinstriped.
