Central Minnesota | No idea what it would cost to convert to tandem, but just bought one like you describe but just a day cab and 430000 miles and it was 29000. From the searching that we did a semi with a sleeper with comparable specs could be purchased for less then a day cab so I doubt it would be worth more then 20000 if you need to add another axle. Here are some on this truckpaper page that are quite a bit less then 30000. Some pretty close to you if you could make a condo sleeper work Good luck
