Didn't take any offense, dcraw - and I didn't mean to come across that way either. I'm just really frustrated with the process. I think everyone I'm dealing with is just trying to protect themselves, and that's OK, I can live with it. We're starting to move forward now. Thanks, everyone, for the support and ideas.
