I cut beans with a lot of green stuff at 350 rpm, dry ones 300 or maybe little under. Concave (9500) at 1, rear concave inserts in. Very excellent sample quality that looks like you could stick them right in the drill. precleaner and sieves all just open enough to let beans through.
