I got a call from a "National Something or another" in Neb. last spring and they said they could sell some equipment for me, for a small fee over the phone.  Told him to send the buyer  up and I would pay the fee and never heard a peep since.

Kinda like the vac cleaner salesman saying my kids deserve better than living in a "dirty" house.  And then procedes to have a FAKE conversation on the phone with his boss.  I was laughing so hard damn near fell off the chair.  And he got pissed at me!!  He used my house phone and I hit redial and it sure as hell was not his boss.  I still laugh about that.

I would say forget about it.
