E.Central MN | Given the reluctance of US automakers to put a good small diesel in any of their vehicles I would not put much faith in their reports of having one "someday". It is funny that they can be partners with European and Japanese carmakers and still not be willing to import them to the US. (And no, I don't believe their claims that its because they won't pass California emissions.) At the rate GM and Ford are shutting factories they might not be around in 2010(worst case) or they might not be able to produce all the vehicles they are promising today. | |
