Osakis, MN | Trying to resaw a kiln dried 2x8 will be quite a task, let alone enough to do a whole barn. That stuff will pinch a blade tighter than a vice. Lots of internal tension in dimensional lumber when you resaw it. You could try a good lumber yard they can get stuff finger jointed in about any length possible. Or just buy a finger jointing bit set and set up a couple jigs. Would be pretty easy.
