Yes, you read it wrong--or you didn't read far enough. $30/pair is a "special price", only available if you buy something else. $17.95 each is the price if you are only purchasing battery bolts.
I'm waaaay too cheap for that, I'd take a piece of rod and cut threads on it before I paid that much.
