Pretty sure we found the solution. I was missing a "T" Cable Greenstar to Raven cable that will plug into the back of the mobile processor to supply the signal. Today is Friday and I will have the cable on Monday. I will post if this fixes the problem. If anyone has a similar problem as mine, the Raven part # is 115-0171-177. The other two cables you also need to make this whole thing work are 3000511 and 2000998 part numbers from AGLEADER.
