Chebanse, IL.....

Ditto on Fastenal. They call it "3PL", or Third Party Logistics. They ship from one Fastenal store to another, but it goes thru their hubs first. Indianapolis IN is the hub in our (NE IL) area. Usually takes 5-7 days. The item is shipped to a Fastenal store in the customer's area. If the person you're shipping to isn't interested in perhaps driving a few miles to a store,  you're out of luck. But, the service works great. They call the customer when the shipment arrives & customer goes to that Fastenal store & picks it up. Basically, Fastenal uses their own OTR trucks when space/weight allows. That gives them ability to run their trucks at max PAYload.

Here's their info & then you fill out the "price request" form. They'll tell you how much it will cost based on your inputs. We've used it a few times & it works perfectly. Much better than other common carriers. Our local store is in Bradley IL & they do a lot of 3PL shipping.
