I don't know if it's the cheapest ? I don't ship much.
But I just had a heavy pallet shipped from Nebraska to Ohio by Fastenal. The seller dropped the pallet off at his Fastenal store and they delivered it to my Fastenal store (5 miles away) for me to pickup. $120.00 and one weeks time. Worked great! The seller made the arrangements so I don't know how to.
