Those bins and trailers go by here all the time. I think the trailer is dragging on the ground quite often. I have seen it bounce off RR tracks, intersections, and manhole covers going thru town.
Some of the trailers even have wider than 102" axles, to get the bins low. They must only move empty during the day?
