A trailer designed to haul hopper bins, or a mover who can move

fuel tanks, is the best way to move them.  They are made to strap on,

lift and tilt down the bin, and then put them on your site the same way.

It is hard to do that job, without damaging the bin.

Yabbut being 13.6 in diameter, they're already at max normal height so he'll need to have someone with a low trailer and familiar with getting OD permits.

Meridian is obviously experienced in the permit division. They regularly are delivering 18' diameter bins. Also delivering larger diameter bins occasionally. Trailers have very little ground clearance and are skinned on the bottom to protect the bin. Not sure how often the skin needs to be replaced.

Now that's an outfit that could get it done.
