We have an old Kansun batch dryer and dump hot into bin let it steep for 12hrs then kick in fan and dry it . Mack sure you have a big enough fan to move lots of air. We use and old dryer bin then when its cool move to another bin.It makes a cheap old dryer cheap to operate and increases capacity greatly.
