as soon as it's dry enough to get the tillage done. It takes the manure a while to become available to the corn, too. We always add some 28% in the spring. Corn with manure only looks crappy until about july....then it takes off like crazy. With the 28% it gets going well.
If you are hauling with a spreader, you need some heavy duty disc ripping to get the terrible compaction.
