Subject: multi-color beans

W-Central Ohio
Any one seen this in their fields- planted 4 different fields- first one had all the same color stalk and pods(dark brown) second has some mixing lite and brown- to the last that was about 50-50 lite and brown. Got out and looked, the dark ones had allot of beans and their pods were full. the lighter ones had only about 50 % filled. most of the tops were empty. So as you know the yields went way down. The darker ones stems were about 1/3 larger in diameter too.
All the same number was planted in each field. Going to the dealer this weekend to show them and was looking for some possible answers before I go. thanks
