tennessee | First year I've had this type of insurance. I believe the spring price was set at 5.40/bu. so if I get 3.75 for some of my corn that I have to sell now will I get 1.65/bu for my guaranteed bushel's. I only took the 60% level coverage so let's say my aph was 100 bu/ac. x 60% = 60 bu. x 1.65 = $99 payment. Is this right or am I not thinking correctly? I know I could ask my agent all of this but it's just easier and maybe more accurate to ask you guys. All of my yeilds are above my coverage level so that's not an issue only the price portion is in effect. | |
