Case parts man here said, thought you had a tiger jaw before, why you get another?

Bottom jaws wear rounded off and don't work any more. Simple as that. Lot of $$ to keep them going but I was happy when I was running them. Not as many acres/ft of cutterbar as many on this forum but it worked for me. I bought bottom sections from dealer as they updated traded in heads to 3 inch cut. No broken sections for the most part was the big plus here I think. $1200 for a new cutter bar versus $600 every other year is a toss up to me on cost/acre.

I just liked em better. When they first came out, they were the only thing going here with bolted on sections. That got their foot in the door.
