On the 8640 make sure that you have an accurate roll calibration.....Your angle turn will probably be set around 7 or so, your online aggressiveness no greater than 105%, do not change your line acquisition aggressiveness of 110%, make sure that your antenna height measurement and the measurement from the front axle to the antenna is correct and last but not least on your wheel base measurement measure from the front axle the the joint and take about 10 inches off of that measurement. Shortening the wheelbase has been a huge help on many tractors that I have calibrated. You should see a night and day difference after making some of these changes.
