I live and growSunf. in central ND......Jamestown area. Presume our weather conditions are similar this time of year??

If it were me I would keep combining, turn the fans on and leave them run. Chances are they will be 12% moisture in a month or less. Than either get rid of them or get them very cold and finish toward spring.

Birds and or snow suck!

Let me know what you do. I would be interested in how it turns out. How is the crop/ I had a fantastic sunf crop.
