CFR is the same no matter what right?  I mean the damn belt either turns or it doesn't and the gate height never changes, so why do I have to setup a CFR for each product??

The CFR is never going to change once set.  So can't I just figure out what CFR for each bin and put that number on the corner post of the cab and use them for everything that goes through that bin??

Only thing you should have to change is the Target rate and product density for each bin right?

The book makes it sound like I need to calibrate for EACH product/product mix, their ain't no way in hell I can calibrate for EACH product mix we use.
