West Ky
I use a degreaser that I spray on the area and let it sit for a day then I wash it. Got to add that I wash my work clothes in heavy duty degreaser also. I pour some in while the water is going into the washer then I start to put in my clothes and after it is filled full of water I turn it off to let it sit for 24 hrs. Gets those stains out every time.

On a side note have you ever seen people who have streaks on their clothes under black lights? That is caused by them putting their clothes in then putting detergent on the top of their clothes which streaks them. Supposed to put the detergent in the bottom of the tub while it has some water in it then put your clothes in.
