I am sure those peas in the pictures are for human consumption. Feed peas are not commonly grown in that area. Feed peas/animal feed are also worth much less money.
Some dry peas are used for making split peas for use in making soup, some are used to make snack food in places like the Philippines, some are shipped to India, they can be ground up and made into flour which is used for protein supplements and even in making pet food.
