Oklahoma | TommyW, are these figures in PPM?
Figures from OSU differ quite a bit. I get my Sudan tested to these standards. I used to sell quite a bit, and I had to be very careful about what went out the gate. Now I feed it all, and I'm just as careful
0-3000ppm safe for all cattle
3000-5000ppm safe for all non pregnant cattle , can cause early term abortion
5-10000ppm will cause late term abortion
10000ppm and greater Toxic, causing death
I don't know if these figures are universal, or just apply to Haygrazer. Seems they'd be universal. | |
