Subject: I know nothing of Beans but ....

North End I-15
With Barley and Wheat I have a hand held Kestrel 3000 meter . It reads Wind , Humidity , Dew point , Wind chill , etc. What I do is measure the hunidity and temp . at the intake of fan and compare it to the readings taken @ at the top of bin . When Temp and humidity are the same ( as the intake )I turn off the fans . Means that it's the same all the way through the bin and it should keep . Never had bugs or spoiled grain using the meter . Cheap investment for maximizing returns on stored grains. Reduces the guess work as to temp amd moisture. Helps save electricity and guess work.
Coors field man said that to cool grain one needs a 20 degree less atmospheric temp to to accomplish cooling . Drying is a different matter. I have a Equilibreum % Moisture chart for Barley , Perhaps your county agent may have a simular chart for beans . ?
