Subject: Re: first year for vt3 and will plant again

we had some test plots out this year in a couple of different fields. one field averaged 75 that was rr/cb and the varieties that were similar did 75-100. then we had a vt3 in the plot and it did 120 so thought maybe bad data. went to the next plot and the place averaged 68 and the plots corrilated 70-90 and the vt3 did 103. now we have dc corn out and the fall armyworms and corn earworms and cornbores have been extremely bad and wouldn't you know it the only corn that didn't need sprayed and is not completely eaten up is the vt3. we are in nc oklahoma and probably a different enviroment but everything that was vt3 out yeilded cb. just my 2 cents.
