| Have a 1.5" cut head and 3" cut head. 1.5" works a LOT better, 2-3 mph faster on average. Never had problems in no-till conditions with the 1.5", but did replace more sections. Mainly because they cut so much lower they catch the rocks easier. Not sure what Rhino is talking about with cornstalks wedging, I harvested many soybean following corn no-till acres and never had a problem. Might have something to do with set-up, I'm guessing. | |
