The timer you listed will do what you want. Terminal 6 & 7 need to be connected as long as you want whatever you are controlling to run. When you disconnect terminal 6 & 7 the timer will countdown for whatever period of time you have it set and then disconnect the output. With this timer the output has to be a low current (1 amp or less) 120 volt AC device.
