Looking at the pic of the timer this is what I would do. Terminal 3 neutral, terminal 2 120V hot, terminal 1 load... I assume your contactor or device that you want to delay off on uses 120 volts with the neutral coming from terminal 3. Terminal 6 & 7 are the input and would be switched either by some other device or a simple single pole single throw switch.
