The creep you are talking about is perfectly normal on an 8 speed powershift. No amount of clutch adjustment will stop this. Older tracrors somtimes creep more than a they should because the disks in C1 and C2 clutch are warped. Still nothing to be concerned with. If the trans/ hyd oil is old, change it and both filters, this may help.
