You can always put some air in it . Ours has been ok for the last five years. Should check under the seat for cans or whatever might make it stick. should go right in with the normal air chuck . Sit in it a couple times and bounce around to see if it's close add more or take some out. can also get the canned nitrogen if your worried about moisture but if it's bad anyway you won't hurt it.
