I have two pieces of advice:
1) I believe there is a kit to convert it to airbag instead of hydraulic. Havent seen it done myself but it has to be better, I dont care for the hydraulic myself.
2) Make sure you dont have somthing under the seat somewhere binding the linkage up. It's amazing what you find down there when you look.
