Subject: Does'nt it have to meet those requirements to be called "foliar"?

I imagine there are some formulations that are specific to an application, but in general, are'nt most all foliar formulations made that way?

I'm trying to think of a crop that would benefit from foliar feeding at a stage young enough that row closure is'nt achieved or close to it. I would think that other than a few specific veggies and fruits (which require different application equipment), most all grains and seeds would be pretty much row closed at the stage which foliar feeding would be beneficial. Right? Wrong?............
