Have a new 1020 that won't run over just a crawl. It's on a 2188, and the reel speed controls in the cab seem to be working, can slow to a complete stop. When you max it out though, it just barely turns. Have bled the hydraulic lines, thinking maybe air in the new lines, no good. Any ideas? TIA,
