If you run the cylinder to the end of it's stroke, the pump should produce whatever pressure the relief is set at. 

 

IIRC my 7720 went to about 2200 psi on the pump.  It's been a few years since I've been around it though.  The 9600's go considerably higher...like almost 3000 on the pump.  The header lift cylinders will go to a lot more pressure then that when you hit a bump with the head raised and the valve closed.
