If the pressure thing doesn't get it going T a third cylinder in or maybe a salvage yard would have a larger diameter cylinder. A salvage yard should be able to get you a matching cylinder. We had to add a salvage cylinder to our NH when we went from a 20 to a 25' head.
Sorry no help on your question. Just know that the third cylinder fixed our NH.
