| Is this a new problem, or a new to you sprayer? There are settings on the monitor that tell it how fast to react and how far off target rate before change is made. Also a feature to have it display desired rate if within a certain % that you can turn on or off. Could be set up wrong, but 30+ seconds seems way too slow.
edit: Sorry, re-read post and I'm referring to a Raven controller, may be similar set up though.
