Do a power shut down and see if the loss if coming from the walkers or the seive. When we ran a 9600 with the 30 head we always lost more beans over the walkers than the sieve. We never did get it acceptable until we started running the Kuchar concave and super kit with the extra risers on the walkers to get the beans separated and fluffed up on the walkers.
