On my 9550 I tend to shut the concave to about 3 and speed it up pretty fast when I start and then open as things get dryer. Always have the grain cart drive by and see/hear beans flying out. Can tell if they are out the back walkers or the bottom by where they are hitting. Driving beside the combine means bottom as the spinners throw them to the side. Back is walkers/ out the chopper.
