Subject: Regulated pressure important

All Magnum owners should also get the transmission/PTO regulated pressure checked once a year also. If the pressure gets below the 280 PSI range, but not low enough to set off the 240 PSI warning switch, you can start having powershift slippage under heavy loads. This leads to glazed clutch disks, which is NOT a good thing.
Have the regulated pressure checked and set to specs (doesn't hurt a thing to turn it up to about 300 PSI)
If it is having problems shifting, doesn't seem to "accept" shifts up or down, shift lever kicks back, have the shutle spool checked.
anything beyond that calls for powershift pressure testing, unless you have some more details about what's going on.
